964 C2/C4 Turbo Rocker Panels 11"$ 498.75 USD
GT Racing part 153 follows the rocker-panel design used on the Porsche 964 Turbo/965. It suits 9-inch front fenders and 11-inch RSR or Turbo rear quarters. The left/right set contains four pieces and averages 10 lb in total.
Earlier 911 installations
The supplier also allows use on narrow-body SC and Carrera builds, but mounting positions beneath a non-964 car need to be added. Do not plan that installation as a direct bolt-on.
Another 9/11-inch rocker style
The part 33 Aero-style pair has a different profile. Compare the bodywork and mounting needs before choosing.
Application notes
Four-piece 964 Turbo-style rocker set for 9-inch front/11-inch rear bodywork. Earlier SC/Carrera mounting points must be added.
Fitment and installation
Porsche 964
Allow for normal fitting and alignment.
Your car will need:
- 9-inch front-body profile
- 11-inch/Turbo rear-bumper interface
- Set contains the left and right four-piece rocker arrangement.
1974–1989 G-body 911
Modifications or fabrication are required.
Your car will need:
- 911 SC or Carrera donor
- Supplier permits narrow-body SC/Carrera use, but under-car mounting positions must be added.
- Confirm panel transitions on the actual car; do not describe this as a bolt-on.
